A useful certification should provide more than a certificate to put on your CV — it should help you develop and demonstrate real professional knowledge. Depending on the programme, this can include knowledge of customer service principles, customer experience, communication, complaint management, customer needs and expectations, service quality, customer loyalty, performance measurement, customer relationship management, service improvement, and professional standards.
The important question isn't "will I receive a certificate?" Instead ask: "what professional capability does this certification demonstrate?" That's a much better way to evaluate its value.
